Day 4: The Worst is Yet to Come
Yesterday We only had fruit to eat.Tenisons are getting high and the children are getting impatient. They want real food and not just fruit. They want alot of things i cant promise them. I try to keep their spirits up by telling them things i remeber and dreamed about. Jack and some of the boys who stood by his side told me they were tired of being up under my leadership and didnt want to play this game any longer. Before Jack and five other boys left he promised them food, reaal food. and that made three more boys from my side leave. Jack told me I'd be sorry and soon nobody would be on my side. The only people i had left with me was piggy, simon, and the twins. I wasnt going to make promises I couldnt keep. I told them, for now we would eat all the friut we could find. If we found meat in any form we would hunt it and cook it. Jack would be mean and scare the boys and i would try to keep them calm and focused on the good things. We need to come together in order to survive. We need to share all the survival skills we can. Not to mention when Jack and the boys came over they shattered piggy's glasses. That was the only way we had to make fire. Now we have to rethink how we are going to make fire. We could use piggy's other glass lens. Hopefully the other lens isnt too cracked up. If so, we have no way other than rubbing sticks together to make fire. We need to do something together, instead of two different times.
